Welcome to the Flagler Room at The Blue Carriage House! This stately suite features a plush KING BED, a fully equipped KITCHEN, private BATHROOM and a Sofa-bed that folds out to a full-size bed. Unwind in the charming courtyard, outdoor seating, or cozy porch. Located one block from St. George Street, you’re minutes from the Matanzas Bay riverfront, Castillo de San Marcos, and the Bridge of Lions. Paying homage to Henry Flagler’s legacy, this room blends historic grandeur with modern comfort.
• ONE FREE PARKING PASS is included with your stay for the Historic Downtown Parking Facility at 1 Cordova Street (approximately a 7-minute walk from the house). *Important* The parking pass does not guarantee a spot. Parking is available on a first come – first serve basis (1,200 spots). Most of the time this is not an issue, with the exception of some major holiday events. More details will be provided before arrival.
• While downtown’s vibrancy is part of its charm, we provide earplugs for light sleepers to ensure a comfortable stay. The City of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits excessive noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday.
• This room is located on the second floor. Guests will need to climb 3 standard outside stair sets to reach the second-floor porch.
